The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes' Tribal Education Department (CSKT TED) has the yearly opportunity to update the policy handbook. In 2020, we were able to go before the Tribal Council and get this most recent copy updated.
As you can see, the CSKT TED JOM Policy Handbook adheres pretty closely to the 25 CFR Part 273. In the end, as a "compact tribe" we're able to create or dismiss the rules, so we've adjusted what was already there to better reflect our JOM communities.

Flathead Reservation Needs Assessement for Face to Face and Hybrid Instruction
The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes' Tribal Education Department is currently working on a project to convert previously published CSKT specific content into web-based resources. This will be available to the public on January 1, 2021.
