Survey Instructions

Please select one priority to one number at a time. Repeating the number throughout the selections may result in ties that would force the IEC to make decisions for all students that may seem unfair. We understand that every priority is important, but to better serve your child(ren) selecting one number for one priority at a time is best.

Select by importance which you think rates as 1 - most important to 10 - least important.
