Miranda Burland graduated from Polson High School in 1993 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources- Rehabilitation from Salish Kootenai College in 1999. After graduating, she began working for the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes first with Early Childhood Services and then began working for the Tribal Education Department in 2002. She worked as a Community Development Specialist (Parent/ Student Advocate) until 2015 and is currently the Higher Education Scholarship Officer. |

Hello! My name is Alexandra Plant. I am Montana born and raised, I primarily grew up in Polson. I have earned my Bachelors in Psychology and my Certificate in Health Science from Salish Kootenai College. I am a mother of two amazing boys and one playful husky. I have worked for the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes in various positions for almost 10 years. I have been with Tribal Education working as a Tribal Education Advocate (TEA) for approximately 2 years. It has been an amazing journey so far! |
